Look what mom got me!

 All that new grass is for me, and it tastes good! I has to be careful though, 'cuz this water thingy keeps spraying me sometimes. Mom bean says she has to keep watering the new sod, and I need to learn to stay out of the way. 

Whatever! As long as I get my nibble, I'm good!

Long time no see

Hi efurrybody! Sorry it has been so long since I've been around. The mom bean is the laziest bean I know...not that I know many but still.  She says it is 'cuz life with me isn't furry exciting. I sleep, I eat, I poop, I hork occasionally, and I demand foods and attention.

You know what is exciting? I get to go outside almost efurry day. Unless it's raining, then I just stand at the open sun room door and decline the offer.

Sometimes after I munch on the grass mom bean even lets me explore more of the back yard. But not too far, because she's afraid I'll get under the deck and be a pain in the *sterisk to get out. Who me?

I just have to convince her to quit mowing the grass. MOL!

It's all good

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today!

I has forgiven the mom bean for making such a mess of our sunny room.  

She brought home a brand new rug for us!!!  Well me, mostly 'cuz I like to lie in front of the sunny room door.  

It's the place to be in case she opens the door and then I can get to the out!

Mom bean says she might even get me a harness and a leash so I can stay out with her.  This is how I feel about that!  

I like it best when she lets me outside before she cuts off the grass.  Sometimes I eat some, sometimes I chase the bugs, and sometimes I stare off into space check out the path to the front yard.  She doesn't let me go there 'cuz she says it's too close to the street.

The great outdoors!

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today!  

We've had glorious weather this past week (at least mom bean says it has been).  All I know is I got to go outside! 

This was before the mom bean cut the grass so there was lots of stuff to chew on.  She never lets me out on my own, and she doesn't let me stay long but I sure love getting out to roll around and smell the different smells.  But the darn mom bean says Sasha gets a turn too!

And look who else came for a visit.  This was in the evening when the mom bean was out burning stuff on the grill.  Hey, he better not be chewing on my grass!

Not a sunny Sunday

Hi efurrybody, it's Saku here today.

We're having a cloudy Sunday here so we're all hanging in the house. 

These are some pictures from last weekend instead.  Mom bean let us all outside* for a few minutes before she cutted the grass.

I love, love, love to roll around in the grass!

Yep, this grass sure needed cutting...my tail almost got lost in it.  

I sure hope the sun comes out today, maybe the mom bean will let me out again!

Sunday Selfie

Hi efurrybody, Sami here!

Mom bean let me come outside with her today.  I spent some time enjoying the whiffies sitting on the chair beside her.

It was so nice to be outside!

Then I went down to the grass.  Mom bean mowed it today so it was short and the nip that grows there smelled so good.

I asked her for the flashy box so I could take my selfie.  What do you think?  Did I do good?

I'm inside helping mom bean tippy tap because the brofurs would be jealous if I stayed outside furry much longer.

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!  

I am some upset with the mom bean.  Do you know that she hasn't helped us tippy tap for a whole elebenty hunnert days*.  She got home about eighty six naps ago and she still hasn't read us all of our furriend's news.  Mom bean is such a slacker!

I tell you, I wasn't about to tall-or-ate this any longer so I told her to get her flashy box so I could show you what I saw tonight.

C'mon mom bean, focusing on me isn't going to let anyone see it.

It's a young Mr Bunny!  He's on the sidewalk in front of our neighbour's house.

Mom bean says she likes him 'cuz he's eating the weeds.  

I like him 'cuz I think he'd be good to eat, MOL.  What do you think?

Troubled Tuesday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!

You mights think I is looking at myself in the glass but I is not.

I is watching the trouble that is happening right outside my window.

Meet Trouble.  Now we know our furriends in at Pikkupunapippuri find these things are good to eat but our mom bean won't lets us outside to find out fur ourselves.

 He's pretty fast and he can jump from the ground to the top of the burd bath in one leap, but I still think I could catch him.

Betcha I could...one smack and Trouble the squirrel would be on the ground and then I'd put the bitey on him.  

Yep, that's just what I would do.  Sigh...if only the mom bean would let me at him.

Thankful Thursday

Hi efurryone, Sasha here.

We've had some furry nice days lately with sunshine so I got to go outside for a little bit.

I got to have a bite or two of the green grass.  Mom bean says it has quit growing but I'm just making sure she won't have to mow it again, MOL.

Then I got to hang out on the deck with my bean brofur for a little while.

This leaf blew by so I had to check it out.  Luckily it got stuck in the deck boards so I didn't have to move....much.

I am furry thankful for the sunshine and warms so I can spend time in the sunny room or better yet, outside.  Mom bean says it won't last much longer so I'm going to enjoy it while I can.

Mancat Monday

Of course I got to go outside too.  Unlike my sisfur Sami, I like to stroll across the deck on the way down to the grass.

I likes to keep a lookout for ebil bugs and sneaky sticks.

I also has to keep an eye open for those ebil burds!  Mom bean says they always get furry noisy outside.  That's 'cuz they are scared of me!!

I see you ebil burds!  If I could get my paws on you, you be deadded.

Now, the container of oat grass the mom bean has planted for us...now that's scary!

Sami on Sunday

Hi efurrybody, Sami here!

It was my turn to go outside!

Mom bean says I is always in a hurry to gets down on the grass.  No stopping for the pawparazzi!

Silly bean, of course I'm in a hurry to get my whiffies of the fun smells in the grass, and 'specially the nip!

It's so much to roll around in the grass and get those smells all over my furs.  I likes the sunshine too!

Wait, what's that I hear??

Oh noes, it is one of those ebil burds!


I thinks I wants to go inside where it can't get me!  MOMMMMM get me outta here!!!!!

It's Caturday!

Hi efurrybody, Sasha here.

Well, it is still Caturday here though it's furry late.  The mom bean has been busy helping us visit all of our furriends.  Except when she went outside to rake the lawn, to go get foods to fill the cold box, and to go get flowers.  Why those didn't wait until we got all caught up is beyond me, but I guess it's a bean thing!

This morning she took me outside so I could eat some grass.  Saku got to go outside too, but he hissed at mom bean when she brought him in so she said he's gonna have to stay inside if he's not going to be nice.

Sami got a chance too, but she doesn't like walking on the grass (silly girl kitty!) so she hung out with mom bean on the deck while she (mom bean that is) drank a cup of coffee.

It is furry warm here today, about 28C (86F) but we still got to go out to the sunny room.  Mom bean closed the curtains and left the fan on which helped.  I like to be warm 'cuz I'm almost fourteen now and a little skinny, the heat suits me fine!  The sunny room is a great place for a cat nap.  Speaking of which...

Sunday Scritches

Hi efurrybody, Sasha here!

I'm having a furry good Sunday. My bean brofur took me outside and I got to sniff an icy-cle.  It's still furry cold out there so we didn't stay furry long.

Then the bean brofur gave us all treats.

Now I'm curled up with mom in my chair, getting warms from the tippy tap masheen, and scritches too!




It's been a purrfect day. Hope you all had a great day too!

It's Caturday!

It may be Caturday but it's taken until mid afternoon to get the mom bean to pay any a-ten-shun to us. Good thing we kitties can't tell time, MOL

Well, except for breakfast and dinner time....that we know furry well.









The mom was out in the yard today and she let all of us have a turn in the grass.  Saku gotted scared and he bit mom, which she didn't like furry much but said it was okay 'cuz she had her gardening gloves on.  Sami didn't want to come inside and she hissed at mom.  But I was purrfect, after I had some yummy grass to eat, mom said "time to go in handsome" and I listened.

I think I'm mom's favorite...what do you think?
