Naps are the best!

 

I has so many great napping places in this new house.

There's my bed next to the mom bean's chair in the living room.

There's the mom bean's my chair in the basement. 

And best of all, there's my tree in the window when the sun is shining!

My turn in the sunshine

Hi efurrybody, it's Sasha here today. 

I told the mom bean it was way past time that she help me post.  Our furriends might think I'd run to the Bridge or something.  Nope, I'm right here, laying in the morning sunshine.  It's one of my favorite places especially now that it's gotten too cold to use our sunny room much.  Mom bean says that we'll probably be able to use it next week.

Time to get back to my nap, this time on the couch.  Dinner was served there, and I'm feeling ready for a post meal snooze.

My new life as an only kitty

Hi efurrybody, it's Sheldon here today from the town of Melville. 

Things are pretty good here at my new home.  The sticky bean likes to chase me but I've found places where I can hide.

This is part of the closet in the new mom bean's room.  It's a great place to hang out 'cuz it has a window with sunshine.  Now if I can just convince the new mom bean to put a kitty bed up here I'm set. 

But it's all good as the bedroom has windows that lets in lots of sunshine so I generally nap on her our bed.  

I has my furry own cat tree too (some furriends of the old mom bean gave it to me!).  I like to sit on top of it, cuz it takes a while for the sticky bean to climb on it.  I hear him coming and I can get away.

My new mom bean gives me stinky goodness once a day and I has a bowl of dry food in the pantry.  So far, the sticky bean hasn't found that yet.  I also have my furry own water dish on the counter in the bathroom.  Efurrything has to be out of the way of that sticky bean...he's sneaky!




Speaking of sneaky, here I am hiding out under his trampoline.  The old mom bean says I better be careful.  No worries, I'll hear him coming and I'll get out of there.

Oh, and she says that Stanley has a new home too.  He got to move to a farm where he can chase mice and burds.  The new mom bean was a bit sad about that, but since he's an outside kitty it makes more sense.  So far, I'm okay with being an only kitty.  I get lots of lap time with the new mom bean, I got lots of sunny places to nap in, and I don't have to share the stinky goodness. Yep, life is good!

It was my turn to go outside!

Mom bean says I is always in a hurry to gets down on the grass.  No stopping for the pawparazzi!

Silly bean, of course I'm in a hurry to get my whiffies of the fun smells in the grass, and 'specially the nip!

It's so much to roll around in the grass and get those smells all over my furs.  I likes the sunshine too!

Wait, what's that I hear??

Oh noes, it is one of those ebil burds!


I thinks I wants to go inside where it can't get me!  MOMMMMM get me outta here!!!!!

Sunshine on my furs makes me happy

Hi efurrybody, Sasha here!

Yesterday I got to go outside in the sunshine. I enjoyed it so much the mom bean took a hunnert and elebenty pictures of me.  Don't worry, I won't post them all, MOL

I lub to lay in the grass, especially where the catnip is growing.  It smells sooooo good!

I also lub to eat some of the grass.  Good thing the mom bean is lousy at cleaning up the long stuff that she can't get to with the mower.

After a nice snack of grass, I got to hang out in the sunshine on the deck. I rolled and stretched and blissed out.

Ahh....it's good to be a cat!

Tabby Tuesday

Hi efurrybody, Sami here!

We had a furry beautiful day yesterday with lots of sunshines and warm.  Mom bean was home from work so we got to spend lots of time in our sunny room!

Today, she's back to chasing green papers so we has to wait until our bean brofur gets out of bed to let us out there.

For now I guess me and Sasha will have to dream about our naps in the sunshine!

PeeEss:  Old Kitty mentioned our cushion covers in an earlier post.  Mom bean says they were Walmart specials - towels at $5 a piece.  They keep some of our furs off the furniture, MOL

Mancat Monday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!


We are finally back 'cuz the mom bean* FINALLY came home.

I thinks she was away for at least fordy eleben days and nights.  While she was away, the bean brofur and bean sisfur sometimes usually remembered to feed us.  They isn't furry good with schedules so sometimes we had to wait!

So I did what I do best, and hollered at my bean sisfur's door and scratched until she figured out what I wanted. Sometimes it took awhile but it always worked, MOL!




Mom says I looked so sweet laying in the sunshine, she had to get pcitures of me.

I say if you don't get that flashy box out of my face...I won't be sweet much longer.






*Don't tell her but I was furry happy to see her.
