A very public Caturday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today.  

This photo is proof that a kitty has no hope of getting any privacy around here from mom bean and that darned flashy box.  Even the snowman is getting in on the act.

I think the mom bean is just jealous of my flexibility.

I wants what I wants

Hi efurrybody, it's Sasha here today. 

Don't mind me as I'm a tired old kitty.  Mom bean says I do a lot of sleeping these days.

She also says I'm getting pretty picky about what I will and won't eat.  Sometimes I eat the Fancy Feast and sometimes I don't.  Though I'll still eat the kibble, as least three pieces at a time. 

The other day we ran out of FF (shame on you mom bean) and she gave us some salmon from a can.  I drank up the juice and left the salmon.  

So the mom bean went shopping and brought home three different kinds of FF and some Whiskas.  Saku appawently has less discerning taste as he ate that Whiskas stuff, no problem.  Me, I sniffed it and walked away. 

Mom bean said fine, and switched me back to the FF.  I ate okay yesterday morning, then turned my nose on it in the evening.  She went and got it later when I came to bed and I ate it all then.  I think I like all the attenshun.  MOL!

I'm not losing weight though, just doing lots of sleeping and when I'm awake I nearly drive the mom bean crazy with my talking.  I keep reminding her I'm 18 years and 7 months old.  At my age, I know what I want and I want what I know.  So pay attenshun mom!

Who me?

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today.  

I sure had the mom bean guessing yesterday.  She came into the bedroom a couple of times, trying to figure out where a funny noise was coming from.

All she found was me.  I sat there all handsome and calm as long as she was in the room.

Except this one time when she found me putting the bitey on a piece of paper.  

She didn't even yell at me, 'cuz she was laughing so hard.  She seriously thought there might be a mouse in the house!  As if...I'd catch that thing and put the bitey on it too.

See this?  Mom bean's says it is gonna be a hat for the sticky bean.  This is the third time she's started it, 'cuz I've run away with it a couple of times.  Purrhaps she should make me one first. MOL!

Not looking Caturday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!

I has my paw over my face because I don't want to look. Not just at the mom bean's flashy box either.

 Yep, that's the view from the cat tree today.  Geez mom, you could've made it less fuzzy.  Maybe she didn't wanna look either.

My new life as an only kitty

Hi efurrybody, it's Sheldon here today from the town of Melville. 

Things are pretty good here at my new home.  The sticky bean likes to chase me but I've found places where I can hide.

This is part of the closet in the new mom bean's room.  It's a great place to hang out 'cuz it has a window with sunshine.  Now if I can just convince the new mom bean to put a kitty bed up here I'm set. 

But it's all good as the bedroom has windows that lets in lots of sunshine so I generally nap on her our bed.  

I has my furry own cat tree too (some furriends of the old mom bean gave it to me!).  I like to sit on top of it, cuz it takes a while for the sticky bean to climb on it.  I hear him coming and I can get away.

My new mom bean gives me stinky goodness once a day and I has a bowl of dry food in the pantry.  So far, the sticky bean hasn't found that yet.  I also have my furry own water dish on the counter in the bathroom.  Efurrything has to be out of the way of that sticky bean...he's sneaky!




Speaking of sneaky, here I am hiding out under his trampoline.  The old mom bean says I better be careful.  No worries, I'll hear him coming and I'll get out of there.

Oh, and she says that Stanley has a new home too.  He got to move to a farm where he can chase mice and burds.  The new mom bean was a bit sad about that, but since he's an outside kitty it makes more sense.  So far, I'm okay with being an only kitty.  I get lots of lap time with the new mom bean, I got lots of sunny places to nap in, and I don't have to share the stinky goodness. Yep, life is good!

Happy Caturday

Hi efurrybody, it's Sasha here today.

It may not look like it, but I'm sharing my chair with the mom bean.  There is lots of room for her to sit but does she appawciate my efforts?  No, she does not!  She says she purrfurs to sit where I'm sitting and I should sit on the other side of the chair.  Na-ah!  This is the furry best spot and I'm staying put.

It's back!!

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today.

Nope, I'm not talking about Sheldon...did you think I might be?  

It's the cat tree, back in the window in the noisy box room!  It has spent the last several months in the sunny room.  But now that the sunny room isn't furry sunny or warm, mom bean moved it back where I wanted it to be.  

There has been a whole lot of noise around here the last couple of days with the mom bean moving lots of stuff around, using the sucking masheen (even on the cat tree!), and splashing waters on the floor.  Do you know she gets mad at me when I do that?  Who can understand these beans?

Anyway, it's an easy Sunday here, with lots of lounging and napping to be done.  Sheldon got his easy on earlier this week; mom bean says I have to share this photo of him in his new place. Appawently the stairs are a great place to take a nap.                                                                                                                                          Have a great easy Sunday efurrybody!
