Happy Caturday!

Kitties, we are so thankful for Caturday!  Yesterday was a no good, horrible day.  You won't believe what our mom bean did to us.  Well, maybe you will....cuz you know she's annoying most of the time.  

She ruined the sunny room for the entire day!!!

 Yes, she did!  She took all of the soft towels and cushions off all of the chairs and took them away.  I (Sasha) was forced to nap in one of the cat beds.  For shame!

 She even turned some of the furniture on its side.  About the only good thing she did was to put the table in front of the window. I (Saku) found it a great spot to get some window whiffies.

 Even Sasha's favorite chair got the same treatment. 

Saku had to use the old scratcher as a spot to hang out.  Never mind the cat tree is right there.

And then, horror of all horrors, she made us leave the sunny room.  She brought out the sucking masheen and cleaned the floors.  The towels and cushions and even the rugs were taken away somewhere and came back later smelling different.  

By evening efurrything was finally back in place and we were allowed back in our room.  

And do you know why she said she did this to us?  She said it was 'cuz she thought the room smelled like cats.  Well, duh, we're cats aren't we?  

Oh well, all's well that end's well.  We're enjoying our sunny room again today.

Waiting for my dinner

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today.  

You'll be glad to know that I survived the looooonnnnnggg wait for my dinner last night.  I was pretty sure I was a goner, I was feeling so faint. I didn't even have the strength to reach out and scratch her to let her know.  But she eventually got the idea and got off her * and fed us.

It's not sunny here today but I'm gonna spend the day out there.  Maybe she'll miss me?

Hi efurrybody!  We've got a no sun, noisy day happening here.

There are a bunch of guys in orange vests with yellow stripes making noise and a mess in our backyard.  Mom bean says they are here to move a gas line...whatever that is.  




Sasha doesn't seem too concerned - it helps to be old and going deaf!  He says he's just going to settle in on the couch and take a nap.

Saku on the other hand is not impressed! He says, how is a kitty supposed to nap when there is such a racket going on?  Well, we sure hope they won't be here all day.

A very public Caturday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today.  

This photo is proof that a kitty has no hope of getting any privacy around here from mom bean and that darned flashy box.  Even the snowman is getting in on the act.

I think the mom bean is just jealous of my flexibility.

Seriously Sunday

Hi efurrybody!  We're all in a bit of a snit here.  Can you guess why?

Well, first of all came this....

The sticky bean showed up with our bean sisfur.  Mom bean says he's gonna stay for awhile.  That might be okay but he makes lots of noises we're not used to and he's starting to move around.  We're just a little worried he might try to touch us!

AND then came this....

What the heck is that do you ask?  Well, it's in our cat tree and
it's watching OUR cat television.

And it's playing with our toys and hanging out with our bean brofur and our mom too!  

Mom bean says it's his name is Sheldon and she's promised he won't stay furry long.  Just 'til the bean sisfur and sticky bean find their own place.

Seriously, we sure hope so.

Oops she did it again!

Hi efurrybody, Sasha here.

I is not a happy kitty and I am refusing to look at the mom bean.  Do you know what she did?

She LEFT us again!!!

Yep, she took off on Monday and only just now came home. Seriously, how much more of this does she expect us kitties to take?

She told us a few weeks ago that she wouldn't be going away so often.  Well, you coulda fooled us.

I'm am not the only one isn't happy with her.

Saku told her she would have to go find someone else to use the flashy box.







And Sami, she just turned away and gave her some 'tude with the airplane ears!

We has decided.  We is going to boycott the mom bean.

Yep, we are, right after she finishes tippy tapping for us and until she goes to bed tonight.
That'll teach her!

Snarky Sunday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here.

Can you tell this is my annoyed look?And do you know why I am annoyed furreinds?

It's because the mom bean has been ignoring us all weekend!  Yesterday she went and got her furs cut, then she came home and got all dirty putting green things into dirt, and then she went shopping.  (She did have sense enuf to get clean first).

AND today, on easy Sunday, she's been ignoring us again. The silly bean has been cleaning the house, using the laundry masheens, and splashing water on the floors.  In between she was sitting outside on the deck...leaving us in the sunny room!

It took me until mid-day to get her to sit down long enough to tippy tap for me.  That's only because I informed her she could expect a slimy hairball in the bed tonight and she believe me.

Sigh...it's hard to have an easy day when you are trying to herd beans.  


Maybe I'll go watch this guy, 'cuz it looks like he is having a good day!

Mancat Monday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!

This is my slightly annoyed face*

Not only have I not been feat...feasu...seen on our my blog for days, the last time I was, the mom bean tried to be funny.

Yeah, funny like a $3 bill...whatever that means.

I am also annoyed that she is not staying at home with us all the time.  This chasing green papers sure takes up a lot of her time,

Even when she is home she is watching those hurry hard bean on the noisy box!  AND when she isn't doing that, she's running around with the sucky masheen, splashing water on the floor, or cleaning our kitty litters.  Okay, I'll admit I like the last one.

So far, she hasn't forgot to feed us.  Plus she lets me cuddle sometimes when she's watching the noisy box.  And she played with my fevver toy with me on the way to the washing masheen.

I guess I'm not annoyed as much as I thought.  Have a great Mancat Monday efurrybody!
