A very happy Caturday!

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today!!  It's a furry happy Caturday, 'cuz the sticky bean went home this morning.

He's been here for three days with his mom, and boy o' boy is he busy.  He even plays with our kitty toys and scatters them all over the place! (as if the cats don't do the same thing - mom bean).  

I'm enjoying the peace and quiet, while the mom bean runs around cleaning stuff up. Sasha came upstairs once but with all the mom bean's noise he's still not sure the sticky bean is gone so he's gone back downstairs where it is quiet.  It's a good thing to be a kitty, a heck of lot less work.

Happy Canada Day!

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today. 

We want to wish all of our Canadian furriends a happy Canada Day!  Mom bean says our country is 151 years old today.  That's like a bazillion gazillion kitty naps. 

Mom bean brought us home a prezzie from the store too.  See my 'stache?  It's a nip 'stache for our toy stash, MOL!  Actually there are two.

Sheldon got the other one and he went nip crazy!!!

Happy Boxing Day!

So Santa Paws made it here after all!  

After a long winter's nap (with touching!) we all woke up to find these.

It's a little hard to tell, but there is a new wand toy with fevvers, a squeaky mouse, and a nip worm.  We all like them furry much!

Even with three toys, the fight was on.  It was short-lived though as the mom bean hollered at Saku and Sheldon to cut.it.out.

Okay, mom...we'll share.  At least while you are watching. :p

And check this out, Saku got a new box too, just in time for Boxing Day!  That sticky bean broke his other one (he liked to flip it over and sit on it...silly bean).  Mom bean got him that thing in the background...maybe he'll learn to sit on it instead.

We hope all of our furriends had a wonderful Christmouse and a Happy Boxing Day too.

Hanging with the sticky bean

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today.

I've been hanging with the sticky bean this morning watching that pesky brofur Sheldon.  I even let the little bean pat me on the head.  Mom bean says I'm such a good kitty.

Sheldon, on the other hand ...well, mom bean says I shouldn't be so hard on him 'cuz he is a kitten, but boy it's hard sometimes.

He's always hogging the toys, (not that I really want to play with them), and trying to eat my fuds and...well you get the picture.  Though I has to give it to him, he's a great wrestling buddy.  Mom bean says she just wishes we wouldn't do it in the middle of the night.  That's the best time!  No sticky bean to get in our way. :)

Seriously Sunday

Hi efurrybody!  We're all in a bit of a snit here.  Can you guess why?

Well, first of all came this....

The sticky bean showed up with our bean sisfur.  Mom bean says he's gonna stay for awhile.  That might be okay but he makes lots of noises we're not used to and he's starting to move around.  We're just a little worried he might try to touch us!

AND then came this....

What the heck is that do you ask?  Well, it's in our cat tree and
it's watching OUR cat television.

And it's playing with our toys and hanging out with our bean brofur and our mom too!  

Mom bean says it's his name is Sheldon and she's promised he won't stay furry long.  Just 'til the bean sisfur and sticky bean find their own place.

Seriously, we sure hope so.

Keep 'em guessing

Hi efurrybody Saku here again.


The mom bean went shopping with the bean sisfur today and when she got home she had something for us kitties.

Sasha and Sami took a look but they just weren't too sure about it.





I'm a brave kitty so I went right into it.

The bottom is furry soft!

It smells a little funny.  Mom bean says that is the store smell.

But you know with my special shoelace close by, I thinks I like it.  I might even have a nap* in it.

*After the photos were snapped, Saku did take a quick 'cat' nap but didn't stay long.  The other two are giving it a wide berth but I suspect it smells like home I'll find someone in it.  I got at Jysk today for just under $20 before taxes.

Cat trap Caturday

Hi efurrybody!  We has a pawsome new cat trap in our house the mom bean made for us.  Normally we wouldn't want a cat trap but this one is a lot of fun.

All you needs is a box big enough for at least one kitty, some crinkly brown paper, and a few toys.

It doesn't look like much but it really, really works!

Sasha:  I was in the box playing with the paper when the mom bean showed up with the flashy box.

I really don't feel like having my picture taken so I'm out of here.

Sami:  If you're not gonna play, I will.  But only if the mom bean takes that flashy box away.*

*They simply will not let me take a photo while they're wrestling with a toy or bunny kicking the paper.  The click of the on button is enough to stop them.  You'll have to use your imagination. ;)

Mancat Monday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!

Mom bean gotted us one of those new scratchers.  None of us bothered to come near it even when she sprinkled it with the nip.  So the new whale decided to take a nap on it.

That's when I came over and told him to get off my scratcher.

He tried hiding from me but I saw him...

He might have thought he was safe from these kitty claws but he was wrong!

I got rid of him and then I took over the scratcher.  I checked it out from one end.

Mom bean said I should check out the other but I said no.




'Cuz I'm the king of my scratcher!

Let the pawty begin!

The mom bean has left us, abandoned us to the care of the bean brofur, who may or may not get up before noon no matter how long we stand at his bedroom door and call.

She says she'll be back in two weeks, but in the meantime there is no tippy tapping for us.  Seriously, furriends we is going to be so lonesome without you.

Sooo...let the house-trashing party begin!

We'll make sure the new furrniture matches to old stuff.

We'll throw confetti around...even if we has to make it ourselves.

 Sasha will do his best crazypants impression.

We'll make sure we play with efurry toy...

And we won't pick them up so the mom bean can step on them when she gets home.

We'll use efurry box we can find a hidey place.  (And whap anyone who walks by)

 Sami will really, really, really enjoy the nip!

 Saku will jump for joy knowing he won't get squirted by the water bottle for doing something naughty!

Furriends, you is invited to come on over and help us make a mess join the pawty!

Thankful Thursday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!

The mom bean and me went thru a whole bunch of pick-sures looking for all of my favorite things.  It took a long time 'cuz there were a whole bunch of pick-sures of Sami and Sasha.  I don't know why.
I lubs my blanket!  It was missing when mom bean was away but she found it and gave it back to me.

I lub my kick-a-roo too. Especially when the mom bean dips it in the nip, MOL!

I lub our ess.  It's a great way to get a kitty work out.

Did you know there is a fevver toy unnerneath?






 My fevver toy is way better though!  I ask mom bean to play efurryday with me.









A sun-puddle is a great place to relax, especially when I'm the mom beans messy bed.









Of course, I lub my noms.  Especially the stinky goodness!!

It's lots of fun to climb on top of our cat tree to check out the cat television.

But furriends, do you know what I lub best of all?  Finding a cozy place to curl up and take a nap, of course!

I is furry thankful to live here with my mom bean and my fursibs.  It's a pretty good furever home.  I did good!

I has my favorite stuffed kitty with me too.

Mom bean was using the sucky masheen on the floors so she picked efurrything up and putted it in the big box.
I though it was a good place for a nap!

Another late Mancat Monday

Hi efurrybody, Saku here!

The mom bean can bring home cat trees, and buy us all the fancy toys she likes, but I'll still lub me a box!

It's a great place to play with all those fancy toys (or a piece of paper) and an even better place to curl up and have a rest.
