Cheater!

Hi efurrybody!

Did you know our mom bean went away for another long time?  She sure did...like a elebenty eight days and nights!!!

AND even worse, did you know she cheated on us kitties.  Oh yes she did.

Meet Lucy.  She is an Antiguan kitty.  Mom bean says she didn't like having her picture taken but she lubbed getting scritches.

This is another kitty from Antigua.  She or he didn't mind getting its picture taken but wouldn't let mom bean anyway near.   It ran away when she tried to get a better photo.

Mom bean says she's never met an older kitty in any of the Caribbean islands she's visited. She hopes that is because they are kept safely indoors.

Well, we guess we can't be too upset with mom bean.  She did come home to us and she's been pretty generous with the scritches and the treats since she got home.

Perhaps in a week or two we'll let her know we've forgiven her. :)

Have a great thankful Thursday efurrybody!

  1. I would guess that cats just don't live to an old age in many other countries, given that so many are either feral or left to roam. I would struggle with this, seeing stray dogs and cats if I were travelling, knowing that they didn't have the health care, food or love that "owned/adopted" dogs and cats do here.

  2. Like Fuzzy Tales, I wouldn't like seeing the stray dogs and cats in other countries. At least some are friendly, though, which shows they are being treated well, when humans do contact them. I'll bet your mum was glad to be with you guys again.
